1. Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. We also offer local delivery for customers in our area.
2. Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped or is out for local delivery.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Free Shipping — Available on qualifying orders
- Flat Rate Shipping — A standard flat rate fee applied at checkout
- Carrier-Calculated Rates — Real-time rates based on your location and order weight
Estimated delivery times vary by carrier and destination but are typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
4. Local Delivery We offer local delivery for customers within our delivery zone. Local delivery orders are typically fulfilled within 1–3 business days. You will be contacted to coordinate your delivery window. A local delivery fee may apply and will be shown at checkout.
5. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status directly with the carrier. Local delivery orders will receive a notification when your order is on its way.
6. Delivered & Stolen Packages Lavish Lush is not responsible for packages that are stolen after delivery. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier or our local delivery driver — including when a delivery photo has been taken confirming the package was left at your door or porch — responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We recommend requiring a signature at delivery or having packages delivered to a secure location if theft is a concern in your area.
7. Delays & Lost Packages Lavish Lush is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost (not delivered), please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
8. Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Lavish Lush is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will work to resolve the issue.
